Heritage Foods (NSE:HERITGFOOD, BOM:519552) has completed the acquisition of 7,100,000 equity shares of face value 10 rupees each in Heritage Novandie Foods for 85 million Indian rupees, according to a Monday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
With this, the company now holds 15,095,339 equity shares in Heritage Novandie, representing a 94.40% stake, making it a subsidiary of the company, with effect from Monday.
