BitMine Immersion Technologies (BMNR) said late Tuesday it completed bitcoin purchases for treasury from the proceeds of its recent common stock offering.
The offering closed on June 6, raising over $16.3 million in net proceeds.
The company said it spent more than $16.3 million to buy roughly 154.2 bitcoins at an average price of $106,033.
