Kingsrose Mining (ASX:KRM) said Terry Holohan has been appointed as acting chief executive officer for an initial period of six months under a consulting contract, starting June 20, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
Holohan has served as the CEO of several mining companies involved in the exploration and production of various commodities, including gold, platinum group metals, the filing added.
The company's shares fell 3% in recent Friday trade.
