DXC Technology (DXC) said Monday it has signed a multi-year agreement with Carnival Cruise Line (CCL) to oversee the cruise operator's core technology infrastructure.
Under the deal, DXC will manage Carnival's IT infrastructure across all operational environments including shipboard systems, shoreside offices and port facilities.
Service areas include workplace support, IT service management, infrastructure operations and security risk management.
Carnival operates 29 ships and serves millions of guests annually.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
