Expert Systems Holdings Ltd. has announced its consolidated results for the year ended 31 March 2025. Revenue for the year decreased by approximately 9.1% to HK$900.7 million from the previous year's HK$990.9 million. The gross profit also saw a slight decline of approximately 1.3% to HK$150.7 million, although the gross profit margin improved by 1.3 percentage points to 16.7%. The profit for the year attributable to owners of the Company decreased by approximately 9.2% to HK$14.0 million. Basic earnings per share fell by approximately 8.9% from HK1.91 cents to HK1.74 cents. In terms of business operations, the company has allocated approximately HK$8.3 million of its total operating expenses to research and development in Generative AI and the establishment of a Network Operations Center and Security Operations Center, highlighting its strategic focus on technology and innovation for future growth.
