China International Marine Containers (SHE:000039), or CIMC, raised 2 billion yuan via the issue of the third tranche of 2025 Tech Innovation bonds.
Half of the proceeds will support working capital needs, while the other half will go toward repaying bank loans, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The bonds, issued June 19 with a 2.0% annual rate, mature on a 3+N-year term.
