RH Petrogas (SGX:T13) issued and allotted 200,000 shares at an exercise price of SG$0.150 per share under its share option scheme, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The shares are expected to be listed and quoted on July 2.

Following the issuance of the new shares, the total number of the shares has increased to 835,917,400.

Shares of the company slumped over 11% in recent trading.
