Greatland Resources (ASX:GGP) applied to be listed on the Australian Securities Exchange, with shares expected to start trading on the ASX on Tuesday, according to a June 16 filing with the London Stock Exchange.
The company recently completed a bookbuild for the ASX listing, securing commitments to raise AU$50 million through the issue of 7.6 million shares at a final offer price of AU$6.60 apiece.
In a separate transaction, a Newmont (ASX:NEM) subsidiary sold its entire 66.7 million shareholding in Greatland Resources for around AU$440.4 million through Bright SaleCo, a special purpose vehicle incorporated to enable the sale.
