But now it's exploring new avenues including giving developers tools to code more efficiently or helping client-facing employees handle administrative tasks with greater efficiency. Then there are ways to better collect data. "I think just sort of getting organized around that internally and thinking about how that affects the algorithm for the next three years is going to be an important piece of how we think about the company," says outgoing CEO Phil Snow on an earnings call.
