Lum Chang's (SGX:L19) subsidiary, Lum Chang Creations, lodged a preliminary offer document for a listing on the Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange, according to a Monday bourse filing.

RHT Capital, appointed as the issue manager and full sponsor of the spin-off listing, lodged the document for the proposed spin-off listing.

Shares of Lum Chang were up nearly 9% in recent trading.
