Light & Wonder (ASX:LNW) Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer (CLO) James Sottile resigned, effective Dec.31, according to a US Securities and Exchange Commission disclosure filed with the Australian bourse Monday.

Current Senior Vice President Susan Dawson will succeed Sottile as CLO, the filing said.

Sottile will remain with the company as a consultant for 12 months from Dec. 31, the filing added.

Shares of the company rose 2% in recent Monday trade.
