Stockland (ASX:SGP) declared an estimated final distribution of AU$0.172 per stapled security for the fiscal year ending June 30, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

The dividend will be paid on Aug. 29 to shareholders on record as of June 30, the filing said.

The company also stated that its dividend reinvestment plan will operate for the current distribution period, offering participating security holders a 1% discount on stapled securities, with elections due on July 31, the filing added.
