Jayride Group (ASX:JAY) launched a proprietary business-to-business software-as-a-service platform for the ground transportation industry, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

The platform will provide an integrated payment and payout engine, direct application programming interface connectivity to Jayride's aggregation platform, and a fleet and dispatch management tool, the filing said.

Jayride will negotiate engagements with transport providers, offering the platform on a bespoke basis.

The firm is preparing to launch various AI-powered tools, including an AI-powered travel concierge support model and predictive analytics of travel demand for each operator.
