Singapore Telecommunications (SGX:Z74) awarded 18,801,373 shares at SG$3.89 per share under its 2012 performance share plan, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the company were down over 1% in Tuesday's afternoon trade.
A total of 1,842,830 shares were awarded to controlling shareholder, Yuen Kuan Moon.
