Decidr AI Industries (ASX:DAI) has signed a contract and partnership with Scentia Australia, which operates under the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) brand, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.

The contract will see the company Agentic AI technology deployed across AIM's education ecosystem to enhance learner personalization, automate key workflows, and improve training outcomes at scale.

The contract is expected to contribute an additional 30% to the company's March revenue run rate and its recurring income over a two-year period, the filing added.

Both parties have also engaged in a partnership to co-create a new artificial intelligence app and agent solutions for AIM's corporate customers, the filing added.

The company's shares rose 9% in recent Tuesday trade.
