SATS' (SGX:S58) subsidiary, World Flight Services, issued $100 million in aggregate principal amount of 4.648% fixed rates bonds due 2030, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
The bonds were issued on Monday under the company's $3 billion multicurrency debt issuance program.
MUFG Securities EMEA was appointed as the sole coordinator for the issuance.
Shares of the company were up over 1% in recent Tuesday trade.
