Maggie Beer Holdings (ASX:MBH) has completed the sale of all shares in unit Paris Creek Farms, for AU$500,000, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

The business was sold as a going concern, with all staff and entitlements transferring to the new owners, the filing said.

The disposal will result in an impairment or loss on disposal to be reflected in its fiscal year results, the filing added.
