Eureka Group (ASX:EGH) named Shiv Chetan chief financial officer, effective Sept. 22, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

Current acting CFO Michael Copeland will continue to support the business and Chetan, the filing said.

Chetan joins from Corporate Travel Management (ASX:CTD), where he serves as general manager of finance.

Corporate Travel Management's shares were down over 2% in recent Monday trade.
