US stock futures were rising Monday and oil prices pared gains after hitting five-month highs following the U.S. attack of Iranian nuclear sites over the weekend, which thrust the country into the Israel-Iran conflict.

These stocks were poised to make moves Monday:

Tesla - Tesla launched its highly anticipated robo-taxi service in Austin, Texas, on Sunday, and early users will be receiving a deal: CEO Elon Musk said they will pay a flat fee of $4.20 for each ride. The launch Sunday included only a handful of Tesla vehicles, in a geofenced area of Austin, with users hand-picked by Tesla and a safety monitor in the front passenger seat. Shares of Tesla, the electric-vehicle maker, jumped 1.6% in the premarket session.

Circle, SRM Entertainment - Circle and SRM Entertainment jumped again in premarket trading on Monday. SRM Entertainment surged 13% while Circle jumped 9%.

Oil Companies - Shares of oil companies traded higher. Iran's parliament approved closing the Strait of Hormuz, though the final decision lies with the country's Supreme National Security Council. The strait is a critical energy shipping route into and out of the Persian Gulf. Roughly one-fifth of global oil production flows through the Strait of Hormuz daily. TMD Energy rose 29%, Robin Energy rose 38%, Houston American rose 27%, US Energy rose 22%, Indonesia Energy rose 18%, Mexco and Battalion Oil rose 14%, Apache, Occidental, Exxon Mobil, and Chevron rose 1%.

Defense Contractors - Defense contractors were rising in premarket trading. Northrop Grumman rose 1.1%. The company's B-2 bombers were involved in the attack on the Iran's nuclear sites. The planes dropped 14 bunker-busting GBU-57 massive ordnance penetrators, or MOPs. It was the first operational use of the 30,000-pound weapon the U.S. Air Force ordered from Boeing in 2011. Boeing shares were up 0.2%.

The American strikes on Iran involved more than 125 U.S. aircraft, including fourth and fifth-generation fighter jets from Boeing and Lockheed Martin. A submarine launched more than two dozen Tomahawk cruise missiles, which were made by RTX. Lockheed Martin was rising 0.8% while RTX gained 0.9%.

Novo Nordisk - Shares in Novo Nordisk are down 3.8% after it presented full results from two late-stage trials of its experimental weight-loss drug CagriSema.

Li Auto - Li Auto will officially launch Li i8 in about a month, entering the highly competitive pure electric SUV (sport utility vehicle) market. The shares gained 4.6%.

WeRide - WeRide, an autonomous driving tech firm, has confidentially submitted its application for a Hong Kong listing, sources told Chinese financial outlet Jiemian News. The shares jumped 5.2%.
