China Overseas Grand Oceans Group Ltd. held its Annual General Meeting on 23 June 2025. During the meeting, several proposals were considered and approved: the audited financial statements, the directors' report, and the independent auditor's report for the year ended 31 December 2024 were received and considered. A final dividend of HK7 cents per ordinary share for the year ended 31 December 2024 was declared. Mr. Zhou Hancheng, Mr. Yung Kwok Kee, Billy, and Mr. Fan Chun Wah, Andrew were re-elected as Directors. The appointment of an auditor for the ensuing year was confirmed.
