Thomas Cook (India) (NSE:THOMASCOOK, BOM:500413) has introduced WhatsApp Calling support for its Forex prepaid card users, allowing them to connect directly with customer support through voice calls the same number used for its existing WhatsApp Bot services.

The feature, integrated with Thomas Cook's Forex WhatsApp Bot, offers real-time human assistance globally, the company said in a release Wednesday.

Customers can now access services such as balance checks, statement downloads, PIN generation, and card limit management, all without needing local SIM cards or toll-free numbers.
