Shares of Nufarm (ASX:NUF) rose past 1% on Friday morning trade after the company said that S&P Global Ratings has downgraded the company's long-term issuer credit rating from to "BB-" from "BB," and its step-up securities rating to "B-" from "B," according to a late Thursday filing on the Australian bourse.
