The announcement details that Shui On Properties Limited, Shui On Investment Company Limited, and New Rainbow Investments Limited-collectively a closely allied group of shareholders-have provided their written approval for the Cooperation Agreement and the transactions it encompasses. This group controls a significant portion of the company's issued share capital, amounting to approximately 56.21%. With their approval secured, no extraordinary general meeting will be convened to consider the agreement and its related transactions.
