The involved parties include Guangdong Water, a wholly-owned subsidiary of GDH, and the ultimate controlling shareholder, Guangdong Holdings. Notably, directors Ms. BAI Tao and Mr. CAI Yong, who hold significant positions within Guangdong Holdings, were absent from the relevant Board meeting due to urgent commitments.
