Cantor Equity Partners III (CAEP) said Wednesday it has priced an upsized initial public offering of 24 million shares at $10 per share.
The shares are to be listed on Nasdaq under the symbol "CAEP," and will begin trading this Thursday, said the blank-check company.
The offering is expected to close Friday, the company said.
Underwriters have been granted a 45-day option to purchase up to 3.6 million additional shares, the company said.
