The Direxion Daily Financial Bull 3X Shares (FAS) was marginally higher and its bearish counterpart Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ) was unchanged.
Banco Santander (SAN) shares were down more than 2% after Santander Bank said it has agreed to sell seven branches in the Allentown, Pennsylvania, area to Community Financial System (CBU) unit Community Bank.
FinVolution Group (FINV) stock was 1.4% higher after the company said it completed a $150 million offering of convertible senior notes due 2030, including full exercise of a $20 million overallotment option.
DigitalBridge (DBRG) and ArcLight will invest a total of $500 million in Takanock, according to a statement from Takanock. DigitalBridge shares were up 0.5% pre-bell.
