ISOTeam (SGX:5WF) successfully raised SG$6.5 million at the close and full subscription of its three-month Series 001 digital securities commercial paper on the SDAX platform, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The issuance was 29.2% oversubscribed, with the company initially targeting to raise about SG$5 million.

The digital securities were listed on the same day.

Shares of the company were up over 1% in recent trading.
