Dickson Concepts (HKG:0113) will hold a special general meeting on July 18 to vote on a potential reduction of issued share capital related to a privatization offer, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

In April, the luxury goods company received a go-private offer from Bestcity Assets through a scheme of arrangement.

A court meeting to approve the scheme for the privatization will also be held on July 18.
