Paragon Care (ASX:PGC) appointed Chief Operating Officer Carmen Riley as chief executive officer effective July 1, succeeding David Collins, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

David will remain managing director until June 30, after which Carmen is expected to also assume the role, the filing said.

David will support Carmen throughout the transition over the next twelve months.
