Bank of Guizhou Co. Ltd. held its Annual General Meeting on 27 June 2025. During the meeting, several proposals were considered and approved. These included amendments to the Rules of Procedure for Shareholders' General Meetings and Board Meetings, as well as amendments to the Articles of Association. Additionally, the resolution in relation to the commencement of the amended Articles of Association was approved. The meeting also resulted in the appointment of new directors and the decision to cancel the Board of Supervisors.
