Shunten International (HKG:0932) reported HK$36.2 million in losses for the year ended March 31, compared to a profit of HK$571,000 a year earlier, according to a bourse filing Thursday.

Shares gained over 3% in morning trade Friday.

On a per-share basis, the company reported HK$0.0117 in diluted loss, compared to earnings of HK$0.0002 in the prior fiscal year.

Revenue was HK$205 million, down from HK$235.6 million a year ago.
