Natasha will provide underwriting support and guidance to independent and affiliated title agents throughout North Carolina and the broader Southeast, expanding TRG's footprint in the state.

Natasha has 18 years of experience in underwriting and risk management. Prior to joining TRG, she served as state legal education director and title counsel for a national title insurance underwriter, where she implemented legal-focused education programs and provided underwriting support on multi-million-dollar transactions. She has also managed a 20+ employee title office in North Carolina, serving as operations manager and underwriting counsel. In this capacity, she streamlined workflow processes, increasing productivity by more than 25 percent, and assessed nearly 200 complex real estate title issues annually.

Earlier in her career, Natasha spent four years as a state claims manager in North Carolina, as well as two years as a commercial title counsel, in which she represented a national underwriter in large, complex commercial transactions.

She serves as secretary of the North Carolina Land Title Association's Executive Committee and is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association's Real Property Section Counsel. She is an experienced speaker on various legal and title insurance topics.
