Northwest Bancshares Inc. has announced the opening of its first new financial center in six years, located in the Nickel Plate District of Fishers, Indiana. This full-service retail and commercial financial center marks a significant step in the company's growth strategy within the Greater Indianapolis region. The new center, approximately 1,320 square feet in size, offers a blend of private meeting rooms and open spaces, alongside access to digital services through ATMs. It is staffed by 14 full-time employees providing a comprehensive range of banking services, including retirement planning. The facility also features a Virtual Teller Machine, allowing customers to conduct transactions with a live banker during extended hours. This expansion is part of Northwest Bank's broader strategy to bolster its presence in Indiana, where it currently employs 175 people across 20 full-service locations and one drive-up location.
