Eminence Enterprise Limited announced its audited annual results for the financial year ended 31 March 2025. The Group reported a consolidated loss attributable to shareholders of approximately HK$365.3 million, compared to a loss of approximately HK$213.1 million in the previous financial year. The consolidated loss from continuing and discontinued operations was approximately HK$357.8 million and HK$7.5 million, respectively, contrasting with a loss of approximately HK$218.8 million and a profit of approximately HK$5.7 million in the prior year. Revenue from continuing operations increased by approximately 46.1%, reaching HK$44.9 million, compared to HK$30.7 million in the previous year. The gross profit margin for the year was approximately 59.8%, down from approximately 88.5% in the previous year. The Board did not recommend the payment of a final dividend for the year ended 31 March 2025, consistent with the prior year. During the financial year, the Group was mainly involved in property development and investment, investment in securities, and loan financing.
