SPT Energy Group Inc. has announced its audited consolidated results for the year ended 31 December 2024. The Group reported a revenue of RMB1.694 billion, marking a decrease of RMB253.1 million or 13.0% compared to RMB1.947 billion in the previous year. The loss attributable to equity owners was RMB256.2 million, contrasting with a profit of RMB16.7 million in the prior year. No final dividend was proposed for the year ended 31 December 2024, consistent with the previous year. In terms of business segments, the reservoir segment saw an increase in revenue to RMB816.8 million, a rise of 4.2% from RMB784.2 million in 2023. Conversely, the drilling segment experienced a decline, with revenue dropping by 9.9% to RMB462.5 million from RMB513.4 million in the previous year. The Group emphasized its commitment to prudent financial policies and an asset-light operating model, enhancing its full-process cash flow management strategy throughout 2024. This approach is aimed at strengthening the Group's risk resistance capabilities, operational flexibility, and sustainable development in a complex economic environment.
