Venus Concept Inc. held its Annual and Special Meeting of Stockholders on June 25, 2025. During the meeting, stockholders approved the election of Class II Directors: Louise Lacchin, Anthony Natale, M.D., and Stanley Tyler Hollmig, M.D. The selection of MNP LLP as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, was ratified. Additionally, stockholders approved the issuance of common stock upon conversion of Series Y Convertible Preferred Stock, Secured Subordinated Convertible Notes, Series X Convertible Preferred Stock, and Senior Convertible Preferred Stock.
