Shares of Dexus Industria REIT (ASX:DXI) fell past 1% on Friday morning trade after the company said that the external valuation of its portfolio of 96 assets, for the six months ended June 30, increased net valuation by about AU$8.9 million, according to a late Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
