智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，6月24日，Computershare Hong Kong Trustees Limited增持药明康德(02359)117.86万股，每股作价76.7033港元，总金额约为9040.25万港元。增持后最新持股数目约为7388.83万股，最新持股比例为19.08%。
补充资料：Computershare Hong Kong Trustees Limited acquired further interests in its capacity as trustee of the 2025 H Share Award and Trust Scheme of the Company, which triggered a duty of disclosure as the percentage level of interests held by it increased crossing over a whole percentage number which is above 5% (from 18.78% to 19.08%, crossing over 18%).
