China Boqi Environmental (Holding) Co. Ltd. has announced a new Engineering, Procurement, and Construction $(EPC)$ contract with Yangxi Electric concerning the No. 7-8 Yangxi Facilities. The contract, valued at approximately RMB129.58 million (excluding tax), will see Beijing Boqi, the contractor, responsible for facilities supply, installation, commissioning, and other related services. The project includes facilities design, procurement, technical guidance, and defect repair during the warranty period. The completion requirements specify that desulfurization units must be ready before the cold-state test of each boiler and should complete a 168-hour trial operation in sync with the No. 7-8 Yangxi Facilities. This agreement is pending approval by the Independent Shareholders at the upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM).
