Aztech Global (SGX:8AZ) through its subsidiary, Huuve, entered into a sale and purchase agreement with JT Automation Technology for the sale of factory buildings and land located at Jalan Laman, Malaysia for 28.8 million ringgit, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The property has a land area of around 8,092 square meters and a built-up area of around 10,304.8 square meters.

Shares of the company were up over 4% in recent trading.
