Fantasia Holdings (HKG:1777) said it has extended the long stop date of its restructuring support agreement to June 27, as discussions with stakeholders continue, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.

The agreement, initially signed on April 29, outlines terms for the company's proposed offshore debt restructuring, the filing said.
