Pegasystems (PEGA) said Wednesday it has achieved FedRAMP High Authority to Operate status for its generative artificial intelligence offerings.

The designation, showing the technology has met the government's highest security and compliance standards, allows Pega Cloud for Government users to deploy the company's generative AI-powered offerings, Pegasystems said.

The company said the designation also applies to the latest cloud architecture improvements supporting Pega Cloud for Government that allow automatic scaling during peak demand periods and faster application updating when necessary.

Shares of Pegasystems were 1.3% higher in recent trading.
