Lifeward (LFWD) closed a public offering of 4 million common shares and accompanying warrants at a combined price of $0.65 a share, generating gross proceeds of $2.6 million.

Net proceeds will be used to support commercial efforts, working capital and general corporate purposes, the company said Thursday in a statement.
