NextEd Group (ASX:NXD) appointed Andrew Nye as chief financial officer and chief operating officer, effective July 1, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

Andrew has been serving as interim CFO since May 1, succeeding Michael Fahey, who retired in April, the filing said.
