Amber International Holding (AMBR), operating as Amber Premium, said Monday it entered agreements with investors to raise $25.5 million through a private placement.
The company said it will use the net proceeds to expand institutional crypto services in the US and southeast Asia, prioritizing crypto reserve strategy, asset tokenization, and AI-AgentFi initiatives.
The placement is expected to close on July 4, according to a statement.
Shares were up 4.2% in recent trading.
