Liontown Resources CFO, COO to Step Down

Liontown Resources (ASX:LTR) Chief Financial Officer Jon Latto and Chief Operating Officer Adam Smits will step down from their roles, effective July 14 and the end of August, respectively, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

The Company's Head of Finance, Graeme Pettit, will succeed Latto as Interim CFO following his resignation, while a formal search for a new CFO is underway, the filing said.

The Company also welcomes Ryan Hair, who will assume the role of COO starting August 11, the filing added.
