June 30 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on Monday:

** Aerospace supplier TransDigm Group <TDG.N> said it will acquire Simmonds Precision Products from defense contractor RTX Corp <RTX.N> for about $765 million in cash. nL4N3SX0YL

** British private equity firm Oakley Capital Investments <OCIO.L> said it has agreed to sell its legal technology platform vLex to legal software provider Clio in a deal valuing the Spanish start-up at $1 billion. nL6N3SX0KU

** Motion and control products maker Parker-Hannifin PH.N has agreed to buy Curtis Instruments from privately held power generation systems maker Rehlko for $1 billion, it said on Monday. nL4N3SX0Z0

** U.S. drugmaker AbbVie <ABBV.N> said it will acquire cell therapy developer Capstan Therapeutics in a cash deal worth up to $2.1 billion. nL4N3SX0WY

** Home Depot <HD.N> said unit SRS Distribution has agreed to acquire specialty building products distributor GMS <GMS.N> for about $4.3 billion, amid threats of a hostile takeover from rival QXO <QXO.N>. nL4N3SX0VC

** U.S.-based infrastructure investment firm I Squared Capital has withdrawn plans to make a takeover offer for Hong Kong's HKBN <1310.HK>, the broadband operator said , as a competing bid backed by a state-owned entity takes center stage. nL4N3SX0PL

** Hyatt Hotels <H.N> said it has agreed to sell the real estate portfolio owned by Playa Hotels <PLYA.O> to Tortuga Resorts for $2 billion, as the U.S. hospitality chain seeks to strengthen its asset-light business.nL4N3SX0PD

** Private equity firm Advent International said it has agreed to acquire a majority stake in LayerZero Power Systems, which manufactures power infrastructure equipment for data centers.nL4N3SX0OL

** Liberty Company Insurance Brokers has expanded its national footprint through a partnership with Connecticut-based Berliner-Gelfand & Co, and separately has added Will Bradshaw as a producer in Florida. nL6N3SU0PF

** India's Torrent Pharmaceuticals <TORP.NS> said on Sunday it will acquire a 46.39% controlling stake in smaller peer JB Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals <JBCH.NS> from New York-based investment firm KKR <KKR.N>, and plans to merge the two drugmakers. nL1N3SX01S

** China's biggest gold and copper producer Zijin Mining <601899.SS> said it had agreed to buy one of the largest gold mines of Kazakhstan, the Raygorodok Gold Mine, for $1.2 billion. nL4N3SX00R
