Black Canyon (ASX:BCA) confirmed the presence of large manganese and iron mineralization at the Wandanya project in Western Australia, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

Multiple reverse circulation drill holes intersected the hydrothermal stratabound manganese horizon, confirming the consistency of mineralization and geology previously encountered, the filing said.

Further drilling is planned to extend and define targets in August, according to the filing.
