BSA (ASX:BSA) said Chief Financial Officer Arjan van Ameyde has resigned to pursue a new opportunity, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

Arjan will stay on during a transition period to ensure a smooth handover, while the company is actively searching for a new CFO, the filing said.
