Moiselle International Holdings Limited has announced its consolidated financial results for the year ended 31 March 2025. The Group reported a revenue of HK$102.722 million, a decrease from the HK$137.311 million recorded in the previous year. The cost of sales decreased to HK$20.430 million from HK$26.827 million, leading to a gross profit of HK$82.292 million, down from HK$110.484 million in the prior year. The Group experienced other gains and losses amounting to HK$2.026 million, contrasting with a loss of HK$4.491 million in the previous year. Distribution and selling expenses decreased to HK$78.930 million from HK$84.048 million, while administrative and other operating expenses also saw a reduction to HK$54.513 million from HK$57.373 million. The Group reported a loss from operations of HK$45.811 million, which increased from the HK$29.286 million loss in the previous year. Additionally, there was a loss on changes in fair value of investment properties of HK$8.352 million, compared to a loss of HK$16.136 million the previous year. The Group's operations in Mainland China saw a revenue decline of 20% to HK$25.012 million, attributed to a sluggish economy and challenges such as high interest rates and a property sector crisis. This decline was at a faster pace compared to the 10% decrease reported in the first half of the year. As of 31 March 2025, the Group operated 7 MOISELLE, 2 m.d.m.s., 2 LANCASTER, and 2 M CONZEPT retail stores, as well as one outlet, reflecting a slight expansion from the previous year.
